豌豆黄的做法

  豌豆黄的做法

  1.豌豆洗净,用水浸泡过夜,浸泡好的豌豆用流水冲洗

  2.然后冷水下锅煮,大火烧开后转小火慢慢煮至豌豆开花酥烂

  3.琼脂用温水泡开,将酥烂的豌豆过细筛碾成豆蓉

  4.豌豆糊加入白糖,倒回锅中,改小火不停的搅拌翻炒

  5.直至炒到豌豆糊非常黏稠倒入泡好的琼脂,待完全融化后即可离火

  6.倒入保鲜盒中刮平表面,放冰箱冷却凝固后切块装盘
